Information about courses in Kirkby Stephen and the surrounding area is available at Kirkby Stephen Local Links.  Christina Collis, Adult Learning Development Officer for AHC, is available at Kirkby Stephen Local Links most Friday mornings between 10am and 12.30pm to provide information about courses and introduce the basics of IT (eg word processing, internet and email, desktop publishing) to anyone interested in joining an IT course.

Cook in Cumbria
Tempting cookery days at High Chapel House, a Grade II listed building in the lovely Westmorland village of Ravenstonedale.  Explore the magic of delicious food from traditional Cumbrian recipes to exotic world cuisine and wicked desserts.  Cookery classes take place on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and include demonstrations, hands-on activity and lunch.
