Built in 1833 a delightful Georgian Grade 11 listed house with many original features and is located in the centre of Kirkby Stephen close to all amenities. Spacious en-suite rooms with tea/coffee facilities, TV, hairdryer and central heating.
We have a comfortable guest lounge with TV, Computer, and a selection of books also an open fire for the colder months. Complimentary Tea and Coffee facilities are also available from the dining room.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
 

Breakfast is served from 7.00 - 9.00am. in our elegant dining room, we offer an extensive menu and can cater for all diets.
We welcome walkers and cyclists and provide a drying room for wet clothes and boots.
