Redmayne House is a large, comfortable residence situated away from the main road but very close to the centre of the attractive town.  Built in the late eighteenth century and extended in the nineteenth, it is a listed building set in a large garden.

Stenkrith House is a lovely mid 19th century stone built 4 bedroom detached house, situated in its own walled gardens, with magnificent views. The house and grounds are a short walk from the town centre with a caravan park close by. 
There are a number of lovely walks starting from the Stenkrith area. The house overlooks one of the River Eden's wonderfull waterfalls and is adjacent to Stenkrith Park which has walks leading to town, and the nearby villages of Hartley, Winton and Nateby. Kirkby Stephen is a main stop off point for the Coast to Coast walk.

Being only 5 miles from M6 (J38) we are an excellent stop over to or from Scotland. We are also a popular stop over for walkers on the Coast to Coast walk and the Dales High Way.
