River View Bed and Breakfast

River view is a converted stone barn near the centre of the historic village of Brough, 4 miles from Kirkby Stephen. We are in a pleasant location beside Swindale Beck and overlooking the weir. Being just off the A66 midway between Scotch Corner and Penrith makes us an ideal North/South stopover.
We are also a convenient base for walking and touring the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Northern Pennines. 

You are guaranteed a warm welcome and a very comfortable stay in either of our two beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms. Both the the Twin room and the Double room have original beams and Velux roof windows and are also equipped with colour TV. clock/radios, hairdryers, refreshment trays, plus little extras to enhance your stay.

We are a non-smoking establishment, with private off street parking and secure lock up for bicycles etc. Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement. There are two pubs within easy walking distance, serving meals.
We are a "Visit Britain" 4 star Bed and Breakfast.
Our current tariff is £25.00 - £30.00 per person which includes a first class English Breakfast
