Just five minutes by car from the market town of Kirkby Stephen. It stands in a quiet semi-rural location with spectacular views to the rear, from which both guest bedrooms benefit.
The property has a sauna, available to guests for a small additional charge. To ensure privacy, the unit is entirely self-contained with its own shower and is wonderful to wind down at the end of a busy day.

The rooms are extremely spacious and equipped with many facilities including flat screen tv/dvd player, refreshment tray, hairdryer. separate seating areas, egyption cotton bed linen ensures a luxuriously comfortable bed.
Both rooms have en-suite shower rooms supplied with quality toiletries and the larger of the two boasts its own dressing room. Robes are provided for comfort and relaxation.
Breakfast is served in our light and bright dining room and all ingredients are locally sourced where possible.
