Appleby and District Cancer Support Group 1st and 3rd Monday of each month (excl Bank Holidays) from 10am - 12noon
For anyone affected by cancer including family and carers. A gentle exercise class from 10.30am to 11am and Reflexology and Massage therapy can also be arranged. Talk in confidence over coffee or tea.

For anyone affected by cancer. Opening times Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am to 4pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 2.30pm (if making a special journey please telephone first to ensure that a volunteer will be on hand to offer information, help and support or even just a listening ear).
