Meetings, agendas and minutes

ORDINARY MEETINGS 

The Town Council meets at Kirkby Stephen Local Links on Vicarage Lane on the first Tuesday evening of the month at 6.45pm.  Members of the public are most welcome to attend and the first five minutes of every meeting is allocated to public participation.  The deadline for the inclusion of items on the agenda of a meeting is ten days prior to the meeting. All meeting dates are provisional and may be subject to change.  Occasionally it may be necessary to call additional meetings and these will be publicised in Kirkby Stephen Local Links and on the notice board outside the Visitor Centre.

Dates of Meetings 2013 - 4 June, 2 July, 3 September, 1 October, 5 November, 3 December

There is no meeting planned for August, however if it becomes necessary to hold a meeting the Council will advertise on the website and on the notice board outside the Visitor Centre.
