Meetings, agendas and minutes

The Town Council meets at Kirkby Stephen Local Links on Vicarage Lane on the first Tuesday evening of the month at 6.45pm.  Members of the public are most welcome to attend and the first five minutes of every meeting is allocated to public participation.  The deadline for the inclusion of items on the agenda of a meeting is ten days prior to the meeting. The agenda is available at Kirkby Stephen Local Links.  All meeting dates are provisional and may be subject to change.  Occasionally it may be necessary to call additional meetings and these will be publicised in Kirkby Stephen Local Links.
