Private parking for one car at the rear of the flat.  Non smoking and pets welcome by arrangement. 

 The flat has only one step so is suitable for guests with limited mobility. 

On the edge of the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and County Durham, Kirkby Stephen is an excellent location for walking and touring and is on the Settle toi Carlisle railway line.   

Open all year.  £200 - £300 per week to include all bedding, towels, gas and electric.  Short breaks are also available on request.
