Low Mill is on the banks of the River Eden, beautifully sited with views of open countryside yet within walking distance (500 yards) of Kirkby Stephen.  The cottage is in a rural setting but where you won't need the car for shopping or eating out.

Low Mill has been recently refurbished but still with exposed beams to hint at the history of the building.  There is a fitted fully-equipped kitchen with separate dining area and a large lounge with a wood-burning stove.  Central heating is provided and the house is comfortably furnished and cleanly redecorated throughout.  

At Low Mill there is off-street parking, a secure south-facing deck overlooking the river, plus garden and patio.  Your pets are welcome and for dog-owners the beautiful walks start pretty much at the front door.  

Up to five people can sleep in two bedrooms: one double room with a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room;  one family room with one double and one single bed.  There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.  The fittings in the large kitchen/dining room include a dishwasher and washing machine.
