This Victorian terraced cottage is centrally located in the market town of Kirkby Stephen, in the Upper Eden Valley.  Shops, cafes and pubs are all within 300 yards from the cottage as is direct access to open countryside. 

Kirkby Stephen, located on the Settle-Carlisle Railway and the Coast-to-Coast Walk, is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Eden Valley and is close to the North Pennines, North Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales.

Large dining kitchen with open fire in original Victorian range, small sitting room, 2 double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with power shower.  Although the cottage sleeps 6, the sitting room is small and is comfortable for 4/5 adults. 

Central heating, TV and DVD.  Small enclosed yard with table, chairs and barbecue.  No smoking and no pets. 

£280 - £420 per week.  Short breaks when available.
