Kirkby Stephen & District Swimming Club
Open Air Swimming pool open to members and community groups from May to end August. A heated outdoor pool run by a voluntary management committee. Sessions currently run Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from 4 - 6 pm and Sunday 2-4pm for all members, there is an adult only session on Fridays from 6 - 7pm.
Visitors to the area are welcome to attend any of our sessions, the charge per swim is £2.00 per visitor. The pool is located within the grounds of Kirkby Stephen Grammar School, there is ample free parking and changing and shower facilities.

Moky Dance Fitness
Moky, the dance fitness phenomenon, arrives at Kirkby Stephen Masonic Hall.
Classes will be held every Monday 7pm - 8pm, starting on 18th July 2011.
Moky uses the best mix of pop and chart music, with cardio and toning routines to give you an exhilarating workout which will leave you energised and uplifted, as well as burning up to 1000 calories an hour!
No need to book, just turn up.
Over 16's only (13 -16 year olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian) No upper age limit!
Wear excercise clothes, indoor trainers and bring some water as you will sweat!
Classes £5 pay on the door or punchcards available at £20 for 5 classes.
