Jubilee Nature ParkAs part of Eden District Council's “TIME Parishes Project”, the Trustees of Jubilee Park and Kirkby Stephen Town Council created a new Summerhouse, or Park Shelter, at the south end of Jubilee Nature Park; the first part of a wider project to transform and regenerate a neglected and forgotten public green space.
