Cumbria County Council are offering a range of on-line courses via Zoom, the majority free of charge for Cumbria residents. A much larger range is on offer than usual because anyone can access the courses right across Cumbria, as they are all online. It is well worth a look, and very helpful for residents as a way of benefitting mental health during this time. For further information visit:
